Terms of Service
These terms govern use of RIEL, operated under the Blimboo Studios brand, as a bot and web management platform for Discord communities.
Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using RIEL, you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you act for a community or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
RIEL provides moderation, AutoMod, tickets, onboarding, logs, AI configuration, and a web dashboard. Capabilities may depend on Discord permissions, per-community settings, and third-party service availability.
Capacity to agree
You may use RIEL only if you have capacity to accept these terms under applicable law. If you administer a community, you are responsible for obtaining the authorizations needed for its configuration and use.
Relationship with Discord
RIEL is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord. You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Access may be affected by changes or restrictions imposed by Discord.
Installation and permissions
Anyone installing RIEL represents that they have authority over the community and must review the requested permissions. They are responsible for configuring roles, channels, logs, and limits consistently with community rules and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use RIEL for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, control evasion, unauthorized access, malware distribution, interference with the service, or exploitation of Discord or third parties. You may not attempt to obtain secrets, tokens, or data from other communities.
Availability and changes
RIEL is an evolving product. We may fix, modify, limit, or withdraw features for operational, security, legal, or platform reasons. Continuous availability and a specific service level are not promised.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access where there is abuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms, or a valid obligation. You may stop using RIEL by uninstalling it and revoking access in Discord; data requests are handled under the Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
RIEL, its software, identity, and original content remain subject to the rights of their applicable owners and licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property or authorize copying, resale, or presenting the service as your own.
Data and privacy
The Privacy Notice describes processed data, purposes, retention, and the procedure for exercising rights or requesting deletion.

RIEL depends on Discord and these technical providers: Discord, DigitalOcean, Vercel, Neon, NVIDIA NIM. Their services are also governed by their own terms and may change outside RIEL's control.
Warranties
RIEL is provided with the reasonable care required by applicable law, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every community requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
Liability is determined under applicable law. To the extent permitted, RIEL is not responsible for administrator moderation decisions, user content, Discord failures, or unforeseeable indirect loss. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Age requirements
You may use RIEL only if you meet Discord's age requirements and applicable law. People responsible for a community must consider these requirements when configuring and using the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, security, or applicable requirement changes. Material changes must be communicated reasonably before they apply.
