Privacy Notice
This notice explains in clear language what information RIEL, operated under the Blimboo Studios brand, processes when authenticating administrators and operating as a bot and platform for Discord communities.
Controller
RIEL is operated under the Blimboo Studios trade name in México. The trade name does not replace the legal identity of the controller. Questions and personal-data requests are received at contacto@blimboo.net.
Data we process
Account and authentication: RIEL and Discord account identifiers, name, email provided by Discord, avatar, sessions, IP address, user agent, and OAuth tokens stored with restricted access. Communities: identifiers, names, icons, administrator permissions, and member counts provided by Discord. Product: per-community configuration; role, channel, message, and user identifiers; moderation cases, reasons, and dates; tickets, subjects, states, and responsible staff; AutoMod, onboarding, logs, and AI configuration; daily AI usage and token counts; language and time zone. Marketing: aggregated installation and member snapshots. Community names and icons are published only with current consent.
Where information comes from
Information comes from Discord through OAuth and bot interfaces, from administrators configuring RIEL, and from events generated when modules are used. RIEL Web does not obtain data from data brokers or advertising networks.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate accounts, verify which communities a person may administer, provide and protect the service, store per-community settings, operate moderation, tickets, onboarding, AutoMod, logs, and AI, show history and usage, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse. Processing is limited to providing the requested service, meeting valid obligations, and protecting its operation.
International processing
Discord and the listed providers may process information in jurisdictions where they operate infrastructure, under their own terms and safeguards. RIEL does not publish a specific processing location while the operational region remains unverified.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described and in accordance with applicable obligations. No fixed period is stated while a quantitative retention policy has not been approved. A deletion request may require limited information to be retained where there is a valid obligation, a security need, or a pending dispute.
Security
RIEL keeps secrets and tokens outside the client, validates authorization on the server, and separates configuration by community. No system is completely secure; these measures reduce risk but are not an absolute guarantee.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access, correction, cancellation, objection, restriction, or deletion by writing to contacto@blimboo.net. Requests are reviewed manually, may require verification of identity and authority over the community, and will be answered under applicable law. Uninstalling RIEL or revoking OAuth does not automatically erase every persistent record. We do not promise instant deletion or deletion of information that must legitimately be retained.
Age requirements
Use of RIEL must comply with Discord's age requirements and applicable law. People responsible for a community must consider these requirements when configuring and using the service.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when RIEL, its providers, or applicable obligations change. Material changes must be reviewed and communicated reasonably before taking effect.
